Thank you for uploading. This does not have Fraud Hotfix 2 like you stated in the comments. The download has listed that the last it was edited/uploaded was before that update even existed. Not to mention the "HUD Motion" option is not here, which was added in patch 2.
Heck it was only uploaded like a day or two after the first hotfix was uploaded, so I really do hope it atleast has that one.

All i was doing was pointing out a discrepancy In your answer to another person's comment, giving false info. The update was decently substantial and people wanting to know if it is here or not is entirely fair.
it has the most recent MAJOR version, if people want to get the latest version, they can search for it themselves, i got this from steamrip, and that website updates their games very frequently, so if you want to get this ultrakill swashbucklin booty, go to steamrip island
I just waited for it to load, it took like 30 seconds, and my laptop is pretty powerful, depending on what you're running it on, it might take like 1:30
